Executive coaching in the GCC with me means in-person sessions in Manama, Bahrain, and online coaching for leaders in Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman and Jordan. I coach one to one and with leadership teams, in Arabic or English. The approach is the same in every country; what changes is the local context we bring in, from national talent programmes to the working week.

In person in Bahrain, online everywhere else
I am based in Manama, so leaders in Bahrain can choose in-person sessions, online sessions or a mix. Leaders in Saudi Arabia's Eastern Province can also reach Manama across the King Fahd Causeway.

Frequently asked questions
Do you travel to other Gulf countries for coaching?
One-to-one coaching outside Bahrain runs online. In-person work in another country, usually a team programme or offsite, can be discussed by arrangement on the discovery call.
Can I work with you if I lead outside the GCC and Jordan?
Yes. Online coaching works from anywhere, in Arabic or English. The country pages simply explain the local context for the countries closest to my base in Bahrain.
