Corporate Executive Coaching Programmes

Corporate executive coaching programmes are coaching engagements an organisation commissions for its leaders: one-to-one coaching for key people, cohort programmes for managers, or team coaching for a leadership group. I design each one with HR and the business sponsor, agree outcomes and confidentiality boundaries before anyone starts, and deliver in person in Manama or online, in Arabic or English.

I spent the early part of my career in HR and talent management, developing leaders, building talent strategies and supporting executive teams through growth and change. So I know the questions you will be asked before you can sign off a coaching budget: who is it for, what will change, and how will we know.

The pages in this section are written for the person buying coaching for others. Each one takes a single business problem and shows how I would approach it.

Start from the talent decision you are facing, not the format

The right page depends on the decision on your desk. If you are investing in people you expect to promote, start with high-potential or succession coaching. If you want a whole layer of managers to lead differently, look at cohort programmes, manager-as-coach training or a wider coaching culture.

If your leaders are spread across offices or countries, the hybrid teams page explains virtual delivery. If you are building a national leadership pipeline, there is a page on coaching within Bahrainisation, Saudisation and Emiratisation tracks. And if your board or CFO wants evidence, read how I approach executive coaching ROI before you commit.

Every engagement rests on the same four agreements

Whatever the format, I agree four things with you before coaching begins. These are what make a programme defensible to your leadership team and safe for participants.

  • Design: the mix of assessment, coaching, workshops and follow-up that fits your goal, rather than a standard package.
  • Sponsor involvement: how the line manager or HR stays connected, usually through a three-way coaching agreement.
  • Confidentiality: what is shared with the organisation (goals and progress themes) and what stays between coach and coachee (everything said in sessions).
  • Measurement: the behavioural and business outcomes we will review, defined at the start, not discovered at the end.

Cohort or one to one: choose by what has to change

Choose one-to-one coaching when the change is specific to one person and their role, such as a newly appointed director or a named successor. Choose a cohort or team format when the change has to be shared, such as a common leadership language across managers or better collaboration in a leadership team. Many organisations combine the two. For a fuller comparison, see one-to-one or team coaching and the main team coaching service.

Frequently asked questions

Do you work with organisations outside Bahrain?

Yes. I am based in Manama and work with organisations across Bahrain and the GCC, in person where practical and online otherwise. Many programmes mix both.

Where should an HR team begin if the need is still vague?

Begin with a conversation about the business problem rather than a format. On a free discovery call we can work out whether you need individual coaching, a cohort, team coaching or something smaller.

How do we ask for a written proposal?

Send me your goals, the number of leaders involved, your timeline and any format preferences. The executive coaching proposal page explains what helps and how I build the proposal.
