I became the coach I needed when I was building my own career.
For more than two decades, I've worked inside global organisations, helping leaders navigate talent, culture, leadership development and transformation. But the most valuable lessons I bring to my clients didn't come from a boardroom. They came from the moments that challenged me the most.
Because leadership isn't built when everything is going well. It's built when life asks you to grow.

Executive Leadership & Mindset Coach
My career taught me how organisations work. My life taught me how people grow.
I began my career in HR and Talent Management, working across multinational organisations in financial services, FMCG, entrepreneurship and government. Over the years, I was entrusted with developing leaders, building talent strategies, shaping organisational culture and supporting executive teams through growth and transformation.
On paper, everything looked successful. Yet, like many professionals I coach today, I discovered that technical expertise alone doesn't create great leaders.
Leadership begins much deeper than skills. It begins with self-awareness.
The experience that changed everything.
There was a period in my career when one leader challenged almost everything I believed about myself. Every interaction felt personal. Every conversation left me questioning my confidence.
For a long time, I believed she was the obstacle. Until I realised that she wasn't controlling my future. She was simply exposing the buttons I hadn't yet learned to manage.
That experience led me to work with a coach. For the first time, I began to understand my own blind spots, emotional triggers and unconscious patterns.
What I once saw as one of the hardest chapters of my career became one of the greatest gifts I have ever received.
Because it didn't just change my career. It changed the way I see leadership, growth and human potential.

Because I've always been a giver.
People often ask me why I chose coaching after a successful corporate career. The answer is simple. For me, giving has never been about providing answers. It's about helping people discover the strengths they already possess but haven't yet recognised.
Throughout my career, people often came to me seeking confidence, clearer communication, stronger boundaries and better ways to navigate conflict. I realised my greatest fulfilment wasn't building systems. It was helping people build themselves.
That's why coaching became the next chapter of my journey.
Transformation starts when you see yourself differently.
I don't believe lasting transformation happens when someone gives you advice. It happens when you begin seeing yourself differently.
Every leader carries invisible patterns — beliefs that shape decisions, habits that influence relationships and blind spots that quietly determine how they communicate, lead and respond under pressure.
My role isn't to tell you who to become. It's to help you uncover what has been standing between who you are today and the leader you're capable of becoming.
Because when your thinking changes, your leadership, relationships and results change too.
What makes my approach different?
My coaching combines years of corporate leadership experience with internationally recognised coaching methodologies. But more importantly, it's practical, structured, flexible and deeply personalised.
No two leaders face exactly the same challenges. So no two coaching journeys should ever look the same.
Together, we work on both the visible and invisible sides of leadership:

This is what I'd like you to know.
I don't believe leadership is about becoming someone else. I believe it's about uncovering the version of yourself that has been there all along. The version that leads with clarity instead of fear. With confidence instead of self-doubt. With intention instead of reaction.
Every great leader I have ever worked with had one thing in common. They were willing to do the inner work that most people avoid.
And that's where lasting transformation begins.
“Rula doesn't just coach you — she shifts something deep inside you. She has this rare ability to see who you truly are before you can see it yourself.”
Every meaningful leadership journey begins with one conversation.
If you're ready to understand yourself more deeply, lead more intentionally, and create lasting change in your career and life, I'd love to meet you.
