1. Placing an Order
When you place an order with Rula Husseini Life Coaching, either by telephone or via the website www.rhusseini.com you are deemed to have read and understood the following terms and conditions.
1.1 Cancelling your order
Coaching Service registration can’t be cancelled once paid.
1.2.1
We can make a change to booked appointment date of service only with reasonable notice and we cannot amend the appointment within the same day. For all changes please call the 35411661 or email info@rhusseini.com .
2. Refunds
No Refunds are processed once payment is completed.
2.1
It is the client responsibility to follow up on their booked appointments by sending an email to info@rhusseini.com or calling 35411661 to reconfirm the date and time.
2.2
If we cannot make contact with the client, through no fault of our own or the client does not contact us, we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of serviced if we have tried all possible methods to fulfill the service and regrettably a refund/replacement cannot be given. Any remedy will be discretionary. This does not affect your statutory rights.
3. Vouchers
Any voucher issued by Rula Husseini Life Coaching will bear no monetary value and may be subject to change. Vouchers may be revoked or altered at any time at the company’s discretion.
4. Payment confirmation
After you have booked an appointment and paid you will receive an email confirming the order details in full. It is important that you check that these details are correct as amendments may not be accepted after this time. We advise that you check your junk box for emails in case our mail appears there. If you do not receive this email you should contact customer services.
5. Service order confirmation
We must be notified within 48 hours of any issue with your online booking error. Our office hours are Sun- Thu 10 am to 4.30pm, Correspondence will be handled within this time frame.
6. Fraud
If we believe any order to be fraudulent, we reserve the right to cancel and refund that order.
